The key to making the high gloss products:

If the machine can paste the high gloss PVC film, then it’s very easy to paste wood grain and single color PVC for this machine.

The positive and negative pressing machine can make the high gloss products, if we want to keep the gloss, we must control the temperature of high gloss under 91℃,If this temperature is exceeded, the PVC film
Will loss the brightness and cause wave or ripple. But the film will not be fully softened under so low Temperature, and not be completely pasted, so the machine exerts a big positive pressure to press the semi-softening film to shape. however If the heat only come from the upper heating board, the film at the product’s edge has the lower temperature, so the machine must add the down heating board to soften the film of edge. So the film can be perfectly pasted on the products including the edge. On the other hand, the glue needs high temperature for activation. At present there are two kinds of glue, one is more than 60℃(single composition),another is more than 80℃(double composition). We recommend using double composition glue in order to get good quality. so the temperature is controlled 80-91℃ .
